Annual Property Owners Meeting

Please mark your calendars now!

Tuesday, October 13th, 6:30 PM
Location: Church on the Lake (near the entrance to our subdivision)

Since our new definition of a quorum did not pass last year, it is of utmost importance that you attend the meeting or submit the proxy form before the meeting.
If your house is for sale and you have moved away, please send in your proxy form in so that a quorum can be reached for the meeting to take place.

If you can't attend the meeting, please fill out the proxy form, print and sign it. (To email it, you can use a scanner or take a photo with your phone.) Please submit it before the meeting:

An agenda will be sent out closer to the actual meeting date.

The past couple of years, we have collected lot fees, (which are due on January 1st) at the annual meeting. If you would like to save a stamp, please feel free to bring your lot fee to the meeting that evening. The fee is $250 PER LOT that you own. Please make your check payable to: Four Corners Estates POA.

Safety Reminder

Please be mindful of our speed limit signs within our neighborhood.
Speeding is always an issue here! We have children enjoying their bikes and riding on the streets. Please watch for bikers and walkers. (Please tell other family / friends to be careful as they drive thru Four Corners.) We want everyone to be safe so that no one is involved in a serious accident!

Lot Fees

• The 2027 fee is $250.00 PER LOT that you own.
• Please make your check payable to: Four Corners Estates POA.
• The fees are always due January 1 of the upcoming year.
• If unpaid by February 1, you will be charged an additional $50.00 late fee per month that your payment is delinquent.

Three options to pay:

1. Pay at our Annual Homeowners meeting, Tuesday, October 13 at 6:30 p.m. at Church on the Lake
2. Mail to:

2026 POA Board Meeting Dates

Four Corners POA 2026 Board Meetings

• February 9
• May 11
• August 24
• November 9

The meetings will be held at 6:30 pm at 144 Westridge Park.....unless the meeting location needs to be changed.

Residents are not expected to attend the regular board meetings but are encouraged to attend the annual meeting in October.
